Cute full-service spa in hotel building. Making an appointment was quick and easy. I got a facial and my nails done. Felt super pampered and taken care of. I left feeling relaxed and ready to tackle my goals.

I feel a little torn rating a place I technically didn't get to use. I walked down twice during the day (we were staying in the hotel) and waited quite a while each time. The first time, I left without seeing anyone as I'd promised to take the kids to the pool and only wanted to check availability for later. I only wanted about 10-15 minutes. The second time, my husband walked down with me. Again, there was no one at the desk, but this time we could hear people in the back. The door has a bell. We talked while we waited. I cleared my throat several times bc my allergies were doing that lovely travel thing. We could hear most of their entire conversation. The phone, which was a cell but had been left on the front desk, rang twice. Loudly. Nothing, for 35 minutes. Then a man walked in, looked at us as he walked to the back but didn't speak. Then he came back out. And back. And again. He kept looking at us like we'd confused him with our presence. Finally he said, "You've been helped, right?" I responded that we had only been waiting as yet. He asked what our appointment was for. I said we had just walked in to see about availability for a pedicure. He literally raised an eyebrow at me as though I'd suggested something radical. He then looked on the computer and said, no, we don't have anything, I'll check and see if someone can do a 730. They close at 7, and I said that's fine, I wouldn't want someone to stay late. He said no no (butt in a really weird way, like he totally didn't mean it) we're all independent contractors; I'll check. Walks to back. Says, "we have a walk in" and then there's laughter. Then he comes back 15 whole seconds later and says, sorry, we're all done today." This is a *hotel spa.* I had inquired when I arrived if appointments were required and they said no, just walk in and let them know what you want. So I tried 3x. They were closed Sunday afternoon, and these were my Monday attempts. I'm uploading pics of the current flyer of services and pricing (when listed) available in the salon, since I found none online. I just don't know how to rate something that I didn't try, but wanted to share that experience. If you are staying in the hotel, you'd best call for an appointment or don't waste your vacation time sitting in their lobby. Perhaps their life coach could give the staff some pointers on customer service?

Lindsay was fantastic - she gave me the best facial ever, did my lashes and nails, and gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. She is a delight! Chelsea was super helpful getting me set up with appointments, and Patience and Eric were fun, professional, and friendly. And, wow, Larry gave an incredible massage. I can't think of how a spa day could be better. I highly recommend Flawless Salon!

I have been seeing Patience at Flawless Medical Spa for 3 years. I drive all the way from Bozeman to Butte to see her several times a year. Yep! She is that good! Her staff are knowledgeable, kind and efficient. You will not be disappointed!
