I just had my initial assessment with Nick. I’m extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He gave me some massage therapy and gave me some really good helpful stretches to do. I’ve been suffering with chronic neck and shoulder pain for the last two years and he really gave me some peace of mind that this can be fixed. The stretches you gave me I found extremely helpful and I’m looking forward to getting home and making these a part of my daily. Routine. He was extremely thorough in his initial assessment and explained a lot to me. I’m very hopeful that I can get this issue under control after seeing Nick. It was nice that he wasn’t pushy like other places I’ve been to about rebooking right away. I’m going to see him for a follow up in three weeks from now and I’m looking forward to it. Thanks very much.

Peak Performance has done wonders for my back. Katie Spadoni has helped me tremendously with exercises and movements that help me deal with the discomfort. I can honestly say that my lower back has bounced back to the point where I am confident doing the physical things I enjoy day to day. I am very thankful for her and the rest of the staff.
