This gym has really good music and the aesthetics look amazing — it gives you such a good vibe to just come in and grind out your workout. I love that it’s open 24/7 because there’s nothing better than coming in late at night when no one’s around and just putting in the work. It’s never too packed, and you can tell the owner genuinely cares about the gym — they’re always updating it and making it better. Thank you for bringing such a great gym to Des Moines!

Great atmosphere and gym setting. Everyone is credibly but also hard working in there. Staff is always helpful and keeping the facility itself up to par. The manager is great.

This gym is the best across the Des Moines area and even the Midwest. Crazy amount and variety of equipment with lots of custom machines. I have never found a gym like it - great atmosphere, good music, cool lighting, and the community of members are amazing.

Great gym and atmosphere. Everyone is here to work (great equipment!) Love the new redesign of the layout. Only con is the bathroom is a bit bare and could use some remodeling. Overall great place to get big with big people 💪
