Jenn is wonderful with my dog, Laika. We recently moved to Brooklyn from Virginia, and I was worried about finding Laika a reliable, kind walker who understands her anxiety and leash reactivity. Jenn has been fantastic with her. Laika absolutely loves her walks, and Jenn writes a detailed report card with pictures for each appointment. In addition to walks, Jenn has been working with Laika on her leash reactivity, and she is making amazing progress. She’s made so much progress that she’s able to go on her afternoon walks with other dogs, which is a huge achievement.

Jenn and her team have been walking our dog for almost a year now ever since he was around 5 months old. Flipz Pet Care is 100% reliable and always has pet safety in mind on bad weather days. We have also worked with Jenn for training sessions and she even brought our pup to our wedding so that he could be part of the ceremony. She is very responsive and always lets us know right away if she notices anything strange about our dog's behavior or health when they are out on walks.
