I had an incredible massage with Conny at The Float Canmore. She was pleasant, professional, and highly skilled. I get monthly deep-tissue massages back home in MA but Conny’s techniques were completely new to me and made a real difference in working out deep knots and tension. Despite her small size, this was easily one of the deepest, most effective massages I’ve ever had. What really stood out was her attention to breath, she coached me when to breathe and used pressure points in those moments — along with the solid stretching she incorporated throughout. It was exactly the deep, focused massage I look for (painful in sensitive parts), and Conny regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was right. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and one I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly therapeutic massage in Canmore. I regret not having done the float tub prior to the massage. Based on what I learned it sounds like it would be a remarkable complement to the massage!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the most incredible Fire & Ice experience at The Float in Canmore! 🔥❄️ From start to finish, everything was so intentional and grounding. The contrast between the heat and cold was amazing on its own, but what really made it next-level was the addition of sound frequency for the heart chakra, it completely shifted the energy and made the whole experience feel deeper and more connected. It was exactly what I needed! I left feeling calm, open and totally reset. You can tell they truly care about creating something special here. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by a friendly face. You’re shown exactly what the process is. There’s a lovely little beverage station, and the place smells like sweet lemongrass! The float rooms are clean and spacious enough to move around freely. The infrared sauna was so relaxing, and all your tensions will melt away.
