The excellence didn't stop there, however, the driver, Bill, was fantastic. He was punctual and professional, handling my precious container with the greatest care. The best part of my experience was that Bill regularly sent me photos and videos of my container being offloaded by the Toronto Metro Convention Center staff. I truly felt I was in good hands, with Bill treating my container like it was his own. Amazing company to work with. The guys went to pick up a Kubota tractor for me and, when they got to the pick-up yard, the tractor was completely buried in snow. The yard staff in question suggested they come back another day. Instead, Joe dug the tractor out and loaded it up. To add to that, the delivery point had a pretty tight access but the guys were able to navigate the float into the entrance and delivered the load without issue. These guys are the epitome of going the extra mile to meet their commitments.

Joe hired my company to find him a carrier for a load and all went well until payday. The owner deactivated his Facebook, froze his hotshot group, and his staff gave me the run around for about a month. I had to call multiple times a week to finally get paid after 60 days. I was also contacted by others whom he owes thousands to and has not paid others in over a year. be careful
