I came in here with my Mom and she seems to really like it. Lots of selections and most of them on sale. They treated my Mom very well and respectfully, bringing her different items to choose from.

I walked into the Mayfield Commons Pennington Store for an exchange and return on a online order ……..I was greeted by the rudest young lady hat I have meet in a long time ……I didn’t have a receipt because it an online order and she literally snarled at me that I needed a receipt, again I said it was an online and they don’t always come with a receipt…….again she snarled that I need to produce a snap shot of my confirmation order…….I suggested that maybe she could look up my profile….I did eventually get my return and exchange but really why offer online shopping when you can’t always return items that you buy…..and that rude young lady really needs a job that not customer service

The staff is usually friendly and the store is clean and organized. The Manager is incredible, She always remembers my name. I asked for years to get wide leg pants in stock and finally they are listening (and are usually sold out). But the prices have doubled, if not tripled so I have cut way back on spending there. I can get nice bras for $25 elsewhere, I'm not spending $65 for one.
