It was so convenient being able to have her come directly to our home and go through samples until we found the right one. She was always willing to bring in larger sample sizes, and was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire selection process. Her team also did an excellent job on our install, and we’ve had no issues with it so far. Natalie is smart, honest and reliable, and if I’m ever in search of flooring needs I would absolutely do a project with her again (my aunt who I referred Natalie too is actually starting a project with her as well).
