However, I have recently discovered the flooring installed in my home has now been discontinued and FCI never provided me extra flooring as had been expected for any potential repairs. This had been requested from me but was never provided. Now I am not receiving answers back from the business owner on how to resolve the matter for my floors that are needing repair less than 2 years from installation. Expected better performance of the installed product and communication. The flooring is peeling and chipping where the planks meet in some areas.
