I really regret my decision to use Sammer. I have had a really poor experience. This company has high employee turn over and we kept getting lost and forgotten each time a person would leave. Took a better business complaint to get their attention. I was promised a project manager never got one. I ended up dealing with all the contractors myself. So sammer got a fee for scheduling people to come out. I had them do two bathrooms and a fireplace. The tile lines are all uneven and the grout just washes away when wet. I have never seen or heard of anyone having this issue with grout. They have sent people out 4 times to "fix" the showers. This has been a total nightmare. Everytime I take a shower and see the grout going down the drain. Just reminds me of what a bad choice I made. The worst part is this company doesn't care. They won't given any discount for the terrible work or all the time I couldn't use the shower. They just screwed me. Learn from my mistake buyer beware.

We wanted to turn our dated and heavily damaged bathroom into a “spa” retreat, and that’s exactly what we got. The tile work was exceptional. Ernesto, his tile specialist, is a true artist with all the qualities you hope for: careful, meticulous, and extremely professional. The experience we had was so good, we enlisted Sammer’s help again when we had to rip out our damaged wood and ceramic tile in the rest of the house and start fresh. Again, we happily welcomed Ernesto back where he spent 3 weeks creating another masterpiece. Sammer has a great team, they’re responsive and professional.
