I would like to begin by saying that I am pleased with the quality of the flooring itself. However, I was quite disappointed by the experience I had during the delivery. The driver expressed significant frustration regarding the lack of support provided by the company. He mentioned that he frequently experiences back pain due to having to handle such heavy materials on his own, which I found quite concerning. It was disheartening to hear that proper assistance is not being offered for such a physically demanding task. Out of empathy and concern, I willingly offered to help the driver unload the flooring, as it was clearly too heavy for one person to manage safely. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider implementing better support for your delivery staff to ensure both their well-being and a more professional service experience for your customers.
