A well done to Sarah and Tim of Florida Life Real Estate Group . We sold a condo in New Smyrna Beach! They researched a selling price in the condo market and we had several offers in just two weeks. The process started just before Christmas 2024 , we had an offer in January 2025, closed in Feb 2025. The condo sold had some special repairs done in early 2024 and Sarah and Tim disclosed this to the buyers so that the buyers were confident in their purchase. The whole experience was seamless ,a pleasure even though real estate transactions are often full of unexpected twists and turns for the seller. They were very responsive to our questions.
