I have had the pleasure of working with Drew several times over the last year. Each time, he has been fast, knowledgeable, and clear with what the problem is and how he would recommend fixing the issue. Without a doubt, Florida Pro is my go-to place for all Mac related problems!

Had to spend 50 dollars to get an appointment just to be told they wouldn't be able to fix the issue. I've never had a repair shop charge a non refundable deposit just to set up an appointment. It's a horrible system when there's no guarantee that they can even fix your device. Update: Drew reached out and rectified the issue. I was refunded the 50 dollars which I obviously appreciate but it's not great that I had to leave a bad review for them to offer a refund when virtually no services were rendered. There would've been no issue to begin with if there weren't a 50 dollar charge for scheduling an appointment in the first place.

Frustrating that they're the only Apple certified support in Tallahassee but never have any appointments open. I called and they told me their first available was in a week. My warranty expires today, so it's now or never. They told me I should just pay to extend the warranty (not even sure if that's actually an option with Apple on this), and after further prodding said I could pay $150 for an expedited service. All they do is just send it to Apple, though. I called Apple and they're sending me a box so I can just send it back myself. Saves me $150 and the two trips to FloridaPro to drop it off and the to pick it back up when it's repaired. When I asked friends about their experiences with FloridaPro, they weren't glowing, so unfortunately it looks like they're pretty much only good as your last choice.

I've been using the services of FloridaPro Computing since 2018, when I moved to Tallahassee from Chicago. (There, the Apple Store was the busiest store on Michigan Avenue.) Drew is always my go-to guy when I can't get answers from Apple itself about my account or my equipment. I was recently defrauded by phone by someone who said he was with Apple. I trusted him because he was with Apple (or so he said), and his elaborate scam cost me real money. I made an appointment with Drew to get his advice about whether I could get my money back and how I could protect my Apple account going forward. Drew spent considerable time with me, looked in detail into what had happened, explained it to me, and walked me through what I needed to do. He then took some of the initial steps to get me started. The bottom line is this: I had no idea what to do. I was wrecked emotionally. Drew figured it out. Drew took the first steps with me. I recognize that what Drew did for me is not representative of what the owner/manager of a consulting business usually does. It does, however, speak to Drew's integrity and his conscientiousness in serving his clients and customers. Thank you, Drew.
