She’s so sweet, social, and easy to talk to, and at the same time incredibly meticulous with her work. I left feeling pampered and my nails look flawless. I would not recommend anyone to come here if they are receiving services for a once in a lifetime experience. I brought my daughter for her up do for prom. On the phone I was told at least an hour and what to expect. My daughter had an inspirational photo on her phone. The stylist looked at it once and told my daughter that she knew what she was doing. She was supposed to straighten it first, to remove frizz, then curl, then put into the up do. She did none of that. She just started pulling out back, put it in a bun, and then curled two tiny pieces at the front. My daughter asked about the frizz and mentioned that her part was crooked. The woman told her it was fine. Did not listen to her at all. She was done in twenty minutes. When I went to pick her up she was already on the brink of tears so I paid and we left. It was $130 for twenty minutes and a terrible job, and nothing like the inspirational picture that she told my daughter she didn't need. We had to take her somewhere else to have it quickly fixed before her prom. When I called the manager to complain, she said that we should have said something before we left. I told her that my daughter did try to point out a few things that she was unhappy with but her stylist wasn't listening. She actually said that she did remember overhearing my daughter pointing out those things but she thought they were being fixed. They were not professional and they were very cold. Prom is a one time deal in a girl's life and everything else was so beautiful but this incident almost completely ruined the night. We weren't even able to take the pictures where we had planned because we had to rush her somewhere else and then rush her home to get ready and go. So I completely lost the opportunity to get the beautiful pictures that we were looking forward to.

Dakota was a breath of fresh air after the winter we had. I tend to always let my feet go in the winter because truthfully who sees them other than me. My feet were definitely in some desperate need of tender love and care. She worked her magic and they feel absolutely amazing and they look amazing too. Will definitely return to see her in the future for more pedicures. Thank you Dakota!!! 😊💕
