Flow is an amazing yoga studio for anyone in this area! Classes are easy to book (I’ve had no issues taking the classes I want) and they send out a calendar invite along with email/text reminders. The yoga may, mat towel, and sweat towel are all included in the unlimited membership and all the instructors are great. I’ve especially loved Brittney’s Yoga + Sculpt classes!
