It was the best decision to choose Fluent Moving for the moving services. I had to relocate from Mississauga to Ottawa in the month of December 2020. I specifically decided to hire them because Jonathan actually called back in response to my online budget estimate inquiry and explained in detail about the company, their certifications and services. I was constantly in touch with Jonathan who very courteously answered all my queries. On the day of the moving I got a call much before time and the team arrived right on time. I am personally very thankful to Ed and his partner for dedicatedly moving all items with no damage at all.They are experts with great skills , the basement I moved out from had a narrow doorway and they still managed to safely carry out all items.They were very sweet and hard working. I am very grateful to them. I was not present at the time of unloading the items but my apartment manager mentioned that the movers were exceptionally great. I give them a 5-star rating and whenever I move next, I will surely reach out to them again. I strongly recommend their services.

WOW! This was the first time I hired a moving company for a big move and I have to say that I am SO very pleased that we went with Fluent Moving & Storage. I expected to pay an astronomical amount - BUT the pricing was VERY fair and was exactly the amount estimated prior to hiring. I spoke with Johnathan to coordinate everything and he was very professional and personable. He was the reason I decided to go with Fluent rather than any other company we looked at. The movers were on time to the second! And very friendly, efficient, and did a bunch of extra work to fill the remaining hour (as you pay hourly) by hanging our clothes and moving things to storage for us. Furniture was disassembled and reassembled. I will DEFINITELY be hiring Fluent again if we ever decide to move again. Go with them, you will not be disappointed. :)

From the first of contact (Jonathan) it's been such a pleasure to deal with them. I did a number of inquiries with other companies but these guys stood out the most. I was skeptical at first with such great reviews on google (almost to good to be true) but as soon as I talked to Jonathan, he's reassured me and took all my worries away. I have nothing but gratitude to the movers who helped us out. They are professional, on time and boy do they work (I don't even think they took breaks). They've handled our furniture with such great care, srinked- wrapped items I didn't even think even I would protect :). They even assisted in setting up our tables (were dismantled) and no complaints when I changed my mind a few times with some of the item's location. I am so glad I found Fluent Moving and I am super thankful for the awesome service. I have recommended you guys to friends and family. Hopefully we don't have to move again anytime soon but we will 100% use you guys again! OH yeah and the price is price. No hidden fees like others.
