We had an excellent meal here on Thursday night. After reading all the reviews I had very high expectations & it did not disappoint. Merimbula oysters prepared to perfection were to die for & the sauce on the mussels was out of this world….i wish I could have left with a bottle of that!!! It is a creative menu with the duck parfait in cannoli & the chilli orange flan winning my creative vote & banging with flavour. The wine list had a small but good range & unlike many places in Canberra was very reasonably priced. Service is excellent to top it off - not rushed at all and helpful menu advice. Can’t wait to return.

During our recent week in Canberra over the Easter weekend my wife and I came across this little gem of a restaurant. As it happened, we were served by the proud owner, Lena, who has used her imagination as a chef and produces dishes with a wonderful fusion of Eastern and Western cuisine that delight the palette! We only wish that her establishment was in Adelaide where we could frequent it. Photos don't do the food justice - believe me it is something you don't want to miss - try the quail and the barramundi - loved the oysters and the mussels - all washed down with a lovely Grenache. GO FOR THE ORANGE FLAN!!! We’ll be thinking about that Orange flan for quite some time… it’ll be forever associated with Canberra for us Sydney siders. The entire meal was delicious, service great and tunes created for a very nice atmosphere. They also have a lunch special and great value set menu!

Flui is a gem—great ambiance, delicious food, and excellent service. The mussels, quails were amazing, and the barramundi was the perfect finish. Staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommended for a night out! Will definitely return!
