Aubrey is an excellent instructor with interesting classes for many different body types! We are lucky to have her in this community! 😍🧘‍♀️☮️💗 I was not sure about the hot classes, however she encourages you to take sips of water, use a towel, breathe properly and rest. She truly looks after each new student, too, with individual attention. Flying Crow is one of a kind…..fantastic!

Flying Crow Studio is simply the best yoga studio out there! Aubrey is an outstanding instructor who guides you through every pose with care and precision. She has a wonderful way of encouraging you to respect your own limits while still motivating you to reach for your best. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, making it a perfect place for yogis of all levels. After each class, I leave feeling rejuvenated and can’t wait for the next session. Plus, the pricing is very reasonable! Highly recommend!

I had no idea I could be a yoga person until I came to Flying Crow! I especially love the HITT class on Mondays. Aubrey is the best & I am so thankful to have discovered how much I enjoy these classes and workouts.

I have LOVED all of the classes I've been to so far. Before I wasn't big into yoga, but I've come to really enjoy it. It's a different type of challenge and change that I needed. Aubrey is an absolutey amazing instructor. She has great energy and makes everyone feel so welcome. I also love that she offers hands on assistance. I would recommend anyone to her.
