My 1st time experience was amazing. Got this text done in a satin stitch on a new polo I got recently. I was given a 5-day wait time, but to my surprise, they had it done 1 day early. Great to see that. Will be coming back for more small designs in the future. The only advice I have for other customers is to look for pre-made digitized .DST files, as the fee is $65 if you don't want to pay the digitizing fee. For my case, the files were already online, so I got lucky and was able to get them for a small price.
Simply phenomenal work and customer service. The right people can make or break a business and this team was on point. They were very courteous and patient with my process. I will definitely be ordering more embroidery from Flying Threads!
If you need something done with embroidery, this is the place! I had an emergency order needed because another company had messed up on my order. I walked in and let them know I needed a rush order (which I was not expecting them to be able to do as it’s mid graduation season). The ladies there were so nice at drop off and pick up. Not only did they do a rush order for me, but they got it done a day earlier so I could mail it off to my little in Colorado. It looked amazing! I am forever grateful for the kindness I received coming here! 10/10 recommend and will be back!
