Disappointed with the Service and Miscommunication I’ve been a loyal customer at the Flynn O’Hara store in Springhouse, PA since 2019, spending $700 - $1200 annually on my daughter’s school uniforms. Unfortunately, my recent experience has made me question continuing to shop here. I purchased a blazer for $82.50 in cash and returned it the very next day, expecting a full refund in the same form of payment. A young employee was unsure of how to process the return, so another staff member, who identified herself as the manager, Danielle, stepped in. Her approach was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Danielle initially insisted on issuing a store credit, ignoring my request for a cash refund. When I pointed out I’d prefer the refund in the original form of payment, she claimed their policy states that refunds for purchases over $50 are not given in cash, but via store credit or check. However, she directed the employee to issue a store credit and failed to offer the check option, which I would have gladly accepted had I been given the option. When I pressed further, she told me to read the refund policy on the receipt. Ironically, the receipt clearly states that only refunds over $100 are issued as checks, contradicting what she told me. This lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism from someone claiming to be a manager was both frustrating and disappointing. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but they need to be accurately communicated. Moreover, as a long-time customer, I expected better treatment and clearer explanations. This experience has left a bad impression, and I’ll be reconsidering my future purchases with Flynn O’Hara.

Today was my first time shopping at the store. All of the staff was friendly and ready to help us. Two of the managers, Danielle and Katie really went above and beyond to make sure that we would have everything we needed before school starts. We will definitely come back again!

I don't know how my experience would have been if Diane didn't help me but thank God she did! The Spring House store was not my home store for my son's school. I should have had to wait to get my son's uniform since they didn't have any in stock. Of course, I was getting his uniform at the last minute and desperate. Diane made it happen!! I am so grateful how she went the extra mile to get it done and ensure my son wasn't wearing a tshirt on his first day :) Thank you Diane

Everyone at Flynn and O’Hara was super helpful today! Frank and Rose were especially helpful with getting us the uniforms we needed for 2 different schools!!! Thank you for making uniform shopping a pleasant experience!
