Jot SOwner needs to talk to charles(Shipper). He doesn’t seem to like his work. Don’t take their loads for 50 st location. Shipper is so rude and full of attitude. They won’t load you early or even on time for your appt. Because they won’t have any work after that. I am here at 2:30pm for my 3:00pm appt. and it’s almost 3:30. My dock light hasn’t even turned to red. Shipper says we will load you on your appt. and 3:30 isn’t close to my appt time? Just to add on, they have no other trucks to load/unload. People are coming and going, and i am being ditched on the side.
Q BFMI took delivery of out forklift. They were told by the shipper specific details on how to transport the shipment. It seemed that they do want they want and Sanjay is probably the most incompetent person we’ve ever dealt with. I guess they’ve never transported a forklift before. The driver was 3 days late from the drop date that was told. Then the driver couldn’t find the key to the forklift. Sanjay continuously delayed and gave false promises throughout the process. Sanjay then blamed the issues on me. FMI will never get our business.
