Worst experience ever! Every time you call or send in a request it costs above the service agreement. Most of the time the problem didn't get resolved. I have been using them for a few years and in September brought an outside IT team in office. It is now March and they are still charging me. I have spoken to several people at the company and all assure me that the billing is stopped, but I continue to receive the emails for the billing and they take $140 every month from my account even though they have received in writing numerous times to stop billing me. I am beyond frustrated and I know that if I did this to my customers I would be reported to the Division of Insurance and probably lose my license. Find an IT company that has an all inclusive option. These guys are over priced for what you get and they don't follow through on their commitments.
