Excellent food and service. March 2025 Great Sunday Lunch! When we arrived there was quite a queue and we were told that once food was ordered it could take 30 mins before being served. Things moved reasonably quick and staff were quick cleaning and refreshing tables and getting people seated. Our food arrived within 20 minutes and was excellent in taste, presentation and quantity. Roast chicken, four types of vegetables, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. At £16 the meal was excellent Vfm. The new environment works well, staff are great and Fodder continues to be one of my favourite day time places to eat and shop for local produce in Harrogate.

Just returned from our first visit since the refurb for our Sunday dinner & it was lovely jubbly 👌 Chuffed to bits that chicken was available as meat of the day too finally 🙌 it was their first weekend since opening so obviously very busy which was to be expected so they had twice the amount of pressure. The staff were all smiles & kept us informed that there would be a wait which we were fine with. Refurb looks great nice & modern but the exit door should be entrance & exit to take some pressure off the entrance door where everyone is queuing. Excellent Sunday dinner as always. Well done to Linda & the rest of the team we will be back! 👏

Following the re-opening of the newly refurbished food hall and kitchen cafe earlier in the week, we called in for Sunday lunch. As to be expected, the Kitchen cafe was extremely busy and we were informed prior to being seated of delays, which wasn't a problem as food is freshly cooked to order and, given past experience, well worth the wait. We had a delicious and very satisfying lunch - one traditional Sunday lunch + one scampi. The quality of produce is first class, all prepared and presented beautifully and the staff/service is excellent. The new breakfast/brunch/lunch menu offers a good range of hot/cold options and is well worth a visit to both eat and shop.

Good food and quick service. Enjoyed breakfast there. Restaurant end of building is light and airy. Shop full of high quality food. Had an amazing spatchcock chicken cooked that evening once home. Food not the cheapest but it was really good. Would love to return to try the meat from the butchery counter, it looked amazing
