My iphone 12 was not charging with the standard power cord I had taken with me while on holiday after moisture got into it. I purchased a charging pad that that seemed not to be working either. The team here were great they identified the charging connection was faulty and fixed the issue and refunded me the charging pad. Highly recommend
The staff here was super helpful in restoring my damaged iPhone. After getting caught up in the rainy weather, my Iphone 13 pro died with suspected water damage. The tech guys at the apple store ran a power test which failed and concluded it couldn't be fixed. However these guys were able to power it on and fix the issue. Super grateful as my pics and videos were not backed up on the cloud and getting my memories back meant the world to me. Thank you guys once again.
