A few bad reviews here but to be honest I don’t have any problems with FL’s service, the guys even put the milk away for me, well wheel it into the walk-in. The drivers always cheerful & helpful, can’t be much fun in this Aussie heat! Remember kids it ain’t the drivers fault if something is a miss, poor buggers must get it in the neck, instead offer the driver an iced water & thank em! Kindness goes a long way, we ain’t America!

Extremely disappointing experience. If it were possible to give a rating below zero, I genuinely would. They consistently ignore delivery instructions, and almost every order arrives with something missing or incorrectly delivered. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them. Trying to contact their office is nearly impossible calls go unanswered most of the time, and on the rare occasion they do pick up, the attitude is unprofessional and dismissive, as if you’re inconveniencing them by reporting legitimate issues. Overall, a completely unreliable and frustrating service. I would not recommend them to anyone

If I could give Zero stars I would. UNRELIABLE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE NO COMMUNICATION When they deliver, they’ll send you a different product than the one you ordered. If what you ordered is not available they’ll substitute with anything they want. If they don’t substitute you won’t get anything without any notice. You have to follow up every single credit you’re entitled to and takes ages to process. EVERYDAY there is something missing on your order. Well done guys at foodlink!!! You have just lost another customer.
