keiran kovacevicPurchased in cash a rebuilt vehicle in 2023. Immediately after receiving the vehicle, it had a bad wheel bearing and a cracked rim, the cruise control didn’t work and it was exhibiting electronic issues. The paint also chipped the first day I picked it up. I contacted the company, who paid a shop local to me to replace the rim and wheel bearing. I had the vehicle back in to them with complaints the following week about the cruise control not working and a very bad paint job, they then took the vehicle in and repainted it. They also informed me that nothing was wrong with my cruise control, but it has never worked since owning the vehicle. Within a few months, my clearcoat was peeling again ; stone chip holes down to the metal and now just over 2 years later , The vehicle is in need of a new paint job, there is small rust dots all over it, the clearcoat peels off anytime I try to wash it, and I now have algae growing under the peeled clearcoat. It also still exhibits electronically issues, and has been in need of constant repairs since purchase I recommend you do a complete vehicle inspection before purchasing such a costly item.
Allison vansBought a van off nick and the crew a couple of weeks ago. We aren’t local by any means, and really took a “chance” on the integrity of this dealership! SO glad we did. There were some minor issues with the van that occurred a week or two after buying. I called Special T and spoke to a few of the guys there. Every one of them was reassuring and patient and kind, telling me to bring it to any mechanic (since we aren’t local) and they’ll take care of the cost. They were true to their word and we got it taken care of quickly! Would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks so much for being good people, and going the extra mile (lol car pun.)
