What I love most about my program is that I’m no longer stuck for months in a reverse diet phase like after my previous online fitness challenge. I have been working out with Vlad for about 8 months now and it has been truly a life changing experience. I never knew there was so much to learn about working out properly! With Vlad's guidance, I am able to train with intention and understand what progressive muscle overload means. As a result, I have never been as fit and strong as I am now.
