Customer experiences
Jeff and Dakota do a great job with the athletes. They evaluate each kid and put them in the program that best fits where they are at with their fitness level. Then they adjust as they advance through the program. My son advanced faster than the other kids in his grade, so they moved him along sooner. Even though he would be younger he could continue to be challenged. My son’s footwork has improved so much. He is no longer tripping over himself and his teammates. In addition, you can see from when he first started until now how much stronger he is. He does not get pushed around on the court and is able to throw harder in baseball. Lastly, Dakota and Jeff make it fun for the kids. They hold them accountable and make them work hard. But, they also make the workouts fun. You can tell they really care about the kids and their improvement and success.
Our son is now going to be a Senior in HS and has been going to Forever Strong since 8th grade. The improvements our son has made is beyond words. Jeff and Dakota have spent numerous hours with him to help him grow. The variation of classes they provide have helped him develop his all around body. With the strength, speed, and power classes he has attended his overall confidence has also improved greatly. Regardless if he continues playing sports beyond high school I would recommend this as a great option for any kid of any age.
We are so thankful for Forever Strong. Our daughter Gentry started training her junior year and my only regret is that we didn't sign her up years ago. Jeff and Dakota are amazing - not only teaching her the proper technique for each lift, but giving her so much encouragement along the way. She comes home each day so proud of herself for what she’s accomplished during the session. She has gotten so much stronger and we’ve seen the results on the soccer field and on the track. They are preparing her to meet the demands of division 1 soccer and I can’t wait to see how her freshman season goes. She is a forever client and is already looking forward to training with them during her winter and summer breaks from college. Thank you Jeff and Dakota!
As a parent, I have really noticed how my kids have experienced enhanced sports performance as participants at Forever Strong. The workouts are tough and my kids have learned the value of working hard because they see the results. Wanting to give praise to Jeff and Dakota, I asked my two kids/athletes to share their perspectives. Forever Strong has made a huge difference for me. Dakota and Jeff are always pushing us to be the best we can be. They make sure we’re doing each lift with the right form and that we’re using weight that challenges us. I’ve especially noticed the impact in soccer. I feel stronger on the field, and I can hold my ground better against opponents. I’m able to shield the ball more effectively and win more physical battles than I used to. The facility itself is also really, really clean and super well organized. It feels like a place where you’re supposed to get better. Every time I finish a workout, I leave knowing I gave it my all. I’m definitely tired, but in a good way. -AK (16 years old) I like the exercise choice it really works all muscle groups and I feel like I’m developing strength. Dakota is a really encouraging coach and pushes you to your limits. Jeff is really good at helping with your form. I feel really tired and fatigue at the end of my work out. You have to find extra gas after the second circuit and you have to dig deep to finish core - it’s awesome being pushed that hard and being stronger mentally and physically. -MK (13 years old)
