Brooke WhitelockI was so excited to find a spa close to home where I could get the weight loss shots. Be held accountable and have encouragement. I was significantly let down. There have been numerous unprofessional instances, but the most concerning issue is that there is no proper receipt documenting the administration of medical weight loss shots. The receipt provided is an 'Apple Square' receipt, which contains minimal information. As a result, my Health Savings Account (HSA) will not accept it. They have temporarily suspended the account until I can either provide the correct receipt or repay the amount. Despite reaching out to Forever 29 Spa multiple times via phone and email, I have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, they continue to send me the same inadequate receipt with very little information. I have refrained from posting about this, but I am now frustrated and at my wit's end."

I booked a hydra facial and finished it off with a perk lip service. I then added on red light therapy to finish it off! AND I FEEL AMAZING. My skin is beautiful! Stephanie was so great!
