Forged Fitness 24 Hour Gym

I joined Northern Strength Fitness one month ago and started the six week challenge. It has changed my life!! I have more energy, a better mood, better sleep, and am on track to reach my weight loss goals! The nutrition plan is easy to follow, and I’ve embraced the weekly meal prep which is easy to do and saves a lot of time. Brandon and his team have been helpful and positive along the way. The classes are great and the participants have been supportive and encouraging. It’s a wonderful atmosphere. It’s definitely worth the investment. Thanks Brandon and team!! 😊

I joined NSF about 4 weeks ago. Brandon and the rest of the NSF team changed my life. I am currently doing the 6-week challenge which is going great, as I get so much support and guidance. I love the Strenght & Conditioning classes they give each week. They motivate you, push you and so make you stronger. It is really a great gym, and I look forward to going there. I recommend anyone thinking of joining to stop thinking about it and just do it💪💪

Joined the six week challenge and it's been a great experience! The staff are encouraging and supportive. Between classmates and coaches, Northern Strength Fitness is welcoming and not intimidating (like I worried about). Looking forward to continuing on, and improving my health and strength.
