Great Service. The team at Robjohns Road, Chelmsford, were very helpful. Had my 2 cars MOT’d and serviced very recently. Easy to arranged online with a good discount on all work carried out. 5 Stars.

I’ve used F1 for years for services, MOTs, tyres etc. Great service. Now I have a yellow engine light on so booked it in for diagnostics. Specifically the guy said 2pm. When I got there the chap in charge was like oh no you have to leave it - I’ve only got a couple of people. In other words there is no point in having a booking system and they just wasted my time. The woman said we don’t have people wait - but they do - for tyres and MOTs. It only takes 30 minutes for the diagnostic check so what’s the difference. I don’t live close so what was I supposed to do. I’m sure they won’t care but I will not be going back for any work in the future.

Rude staff and poor quality workmanship, Brought our truck to have the tracking done, after collecting it the tracking was still very far out. Took it back to be retracked and it was exactly the same. Turns out they did not road test it because the ‘fuel light was on’ which it was not. Asked to speak to the ‘mechanic’ (Mason) who did the work, he was rude and argumentative. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he (Jack) was on holiday and that the covering manager (Alan) would speak to a regional manager about Masons behaviour. I ended up just getting a refund as they are clearly not concerned with delivering a professional service.
