Formula One Autocentres - Harlow

Seemed quite busy and a lot going on (quite rightly) and the work pace appeared to be somewhat laid back - I have regularly visited other branches where jobs were done a lot quicker, especially with a booked timeslot. Keeping the customer (sitting in the waiting area) updated was also not their forte - but this might simply be the result of how busy they were (and not necessarily keeping track of which vehicle belonged to whom). As the job got done with a satisfactory outcome, I would return, also to see if the above 'negatives' were just a one off?!

Excellent service. My vehicle was serviced and MOT tested the same day. In addition they found and refitted one of the rear doors which was not closing correctly. I was kept informed of the progress and found the staff knowledgeable, attentive and polite. Reasonably priced too!! Can recommend them highly. Well run service centre that I will always use now.

My wife ordered and paid for a tyre for our car last Sunday online..It was booked in for the following Wednesday at 1.45pm, i even got an email to remind me on the Tuesday. On the Wednesday i took the afternoon of work to get the tyre replaced as the Vehicle was due an Mot the next day. When i arrived the gentleman at reception went to look for the tyre and then returned to inform me that the tyre had not been delivered which i would have understood if i was contacted prior.. Without even an apology he said he would call me when it arrived.. The next day by mid afternoon i hadn't heard anything so i called them, the gentleman who answered the phone had no idea about the situation but managed to track down the tyre which apparently was delivered over the road.. So i rebooked for the Friday which i attended and had tyre fitted.. When i got in the car to drive away i realised that the looking wheel nut wasn't in the car so i checked the wheel and the wheel nut was still on the wheel so if i hadn't thought about it i would have driven off and lost the looking wheel nut on the move.. And god knows the inconvenience and how much that would have cost me the next time i needed it.. Avoid!!!
