My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from check-in to check-out. In my opinion, the service here is among the worst I’ve encountered. The front desk staff were unprofessional, unhelpful. If there is any form of management or guest services at this property, they are either unaware of what’s happening or simply do not care. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. Based on my experience, it lacks even the most basic standards of hospitality and customer service. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously, but given what I experienced.

DON'T! One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. There was loud music all night, making it impossible to sleep, and the staff were rude and unhelpful when we tried to complain. The overall environment felt chaotic and uncomfortable. We checked out early because of these issues and found another hotel nearby that was much better and even cheaper. Definitely would not recommend this place.

I had a very disappointing stay at Royal Falcon Hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. During just one night, I experienced a short circuit and the air conditioner stopped working five times. Each time, I had to contact reception to get it restarted, which was extremely inconvenient.On top of that, the staff were very rude to my guest who only wanted to sit and have a discussion in my room. Despite him offering his identity card as security, the staff still did not allow it. To make matters worse, the hotel kept my passport as security without any prior notice finally I had to exchange it with 100 AED Cash. This condition was neither mentioned during the booking process nor in the reservation confirmation, which I found very unprofessional and unacceptable.Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

The worst experience of my hotel stay, till date. The staff was extremely rude & unprofessional. They charge an extra 150. There is no AC control inside the room, we have to call reception and request to them to switch on the AC, every other hour, because they switch off whenever they like. The rooms are smelly and full of roches. The bathrooms were had very bad oder. Even the drinking water was not free.
