First time using this service and it was great! I forgot to add the customer number to my orders so the process took a few days longer to find my package but Jane in customer service was very helpful and supported my deliveries. Would use again, items arrived a lot quicker than expected.

Excellent and timely handling of incoming packages and shipment to final destination. I really liked having visibility on where my package was in the processing at the Preston warehouse. When the time came for final delivery, the UPS package was being delayed due to a technical issue on their side and Windy from Customer Support went out of the way to redirect the package and follow up on final delivery. Amazing experience overall and I'll use the service again
