This is regard to post sales service. Purchased doors for my house 6 years ago. They are strong. But, when exposed to sun and rain, the front doors faded. Door locks, though strong, need to be used very carefully. Two of my main doors and locks badly damaged. Has been requesting the dealer at Kakinada to replace the locks with new ones for the last few months but in vain. Very poor service.
