I absolutely love it here. I was a little skeptical at first when I didn’t get to chose the therapist necessarily. But after my first couple of sessions I can say with certainty that I love my therapist and they chose perfectly for me. Would recommend this to anyone seeking to better themselves and thus their lives.

FOUNDATIONS COUNSELING DOES NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE. I was calling several therapy practices asking the same questions about whether they were covered through both my employer EAP program and my health insurance. I wanted my family member to get care and not have to worry about changing counselors if they needed more than the 8 sessions provided by EAP. So I *know* I asked about this. It was the entire reason I was calling around. After the receptionist/scheduler confirmed that it would be covered, my family member called to schedule their own appointment. They attended two sessions, even talked to the therapist about how important it was that therapy be covered by insurance... She ended the meetings by telling him that it was all settled up, he didn't need to pay anything. I suppose to her it was, because they charged us $200 each visit. So now we have $600 in therapy bills.
