We have been clients of Align since it opened and can’t recommend it enough for the variety and quality of its classes and instructors. Their professionalism and confidence-inspiring attitude make the studio a welcome haven. The ability to keep receiving their top-flight instruction online during the pandemic has been essential for our physical and mental wellbeing. We can’t wait to get back to our regular routine at this wonderful studio.

Love this studio! Mindy is such a great and knowledgeable pilates teacher. I have some body issues based on a fusion in my back and Mindy always helps me with tailored modifications or corrections. This may sound simple but it’s a lot more challenging than you might expect! I feel very grateful to have a coach who can help me stay strong and healthy. Lots of great, positive energy coming out of Align - I’m so happy I found the studio!

Align Wellness Studio is a well run, clean studio that provides physical 'fitness' classes to enhance flexibility and build core strength. People of all ages participate in group and private sessions for Pilates and other strengthening routines. During the pandemic, they have offered 'on demand' classes filmed by a variety of instructors which worked very well for me when home- bound. The alternative was to stream live into an instructor. My schedule was erratic from day to day so the on demand alternative was perfect. I look forward to getting back to sessions at the studio and rate this facility five stars!
