Vijayalakshmi VWe just visited the property to have dinner, the food which was arranged in the lawn was very good, tasty and also the quality was up to the mark. Staffs are friendly and corporative. We got some time to explore the property where me and my friends like the gym, jacuzzi and swimming pool area - it was well maintained. The lobby decor looks stunning as we all loved the background frame In the reception, the parking is very convenient as we got a free parking. ||Highly recommend Hotel in Sharjah, i love to come and stay here next time with my family.
siamak lI went to this hotel on one of the most hot season time. They were so nice and generous that upgraded my room to a suit, without any extra charge. So kind and polite that I will choose them whenever I go back to Dubai. The hotel is very nice, and close to everything such as good malls and shops (I have attached photos from my balcony in the hotel). But what makes this hotel brilliant is the people work there, reception, service and restaurants. People working there are excellent, unbelievably nice.

Naming down individuals who I came across will be impartial to others. All (100%) of their staff are genuine and compassionate towards guests satisfaction. From drivers to housekeeping, front desk to restaurant, every individual in each department has demonstrated remarkable politeness, kindness and respect. Their genuine enthusiasm and commitment to customer satisfaction are inspiring. I applaud the senior leadership for fostering such a positive culture and exceptional training. We have booked a hotel for one night.||The hotel turned out to be quite good, although the furniture in the room was old. We liked him. The breakfasts were especially delicious. The airport can be reached by public bus.||However, there were some unpleasant moments. At the check-out, they tried to deceive us, demanding that we pay extra for the room, explaining that our partner had not paid for it. We booked a room through Ozon. It was strange, because if the room hadn't been paid for, we wouldn't have been checked in. And it is unclear why they demanded payment from us, and not from the partner. As a result, after 40 minutes of arguments and nerves, we were released.||But the most unpleasant thing was that after a night spent at the hotel, my wife and I had bites all over our bodies. They weren't mosquitoes, but rather looked like bedbugs.||That's why I don't recommend this hotel.
