Christal and Roger were terrific! We live out of state and needed to sell a high end house in Lexington. They helped me get it done fast, including connecting me with a handyman, house cleaner, and photographer. We got two competing offers the first day it was listed at our asking price. They helped us sort out the offers so no inspection and no contingency were required. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My husband and I have used Four Seasons for the purchase and sale of several properties over the last 10 years, and we will never use anyone else. Christal and Roger are knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate market, give excellent advice, are flexible and accommodating, and, most importantly, will make sure that their clients get the best results possible in all transactions. They have always made us feel as if we are their top priority. Plus, they are friendly and interesting to talk to, which is always a nice bonus when you are spending a significant amount of time with any agent while looking at possible purchases.

We worked with Roger to sell our house.  We had a top notch and really great experience from the beginning.  Roger has a lot of experience and was really helpful in walking through what to expect from start to finish.  One thing we really appreciated was his approach to making decisions from how to stage the house to when to list our house and the price for our listing.  He gave us his thoughts on everything, a thorough explanation based on a lot of experience, but then he was very clear that the final decision was up to us.  We really appreciate that customer service approach and it made for a great working relationship. Roger was always available and responsive which made us feel like we were a priority.  We ended up selling our house in one day with multiple offers and ended up with a deal above asking price.  He was very helpful in walking through that entire process of the different offers and reviewing the pros and cons of each.  He was then able to help us negotiate an extended closing date which was helpful for our personal situation. We would highly recommend Roger.  He definitely went above and beyond our expectations.   It made for an excellent experience in selling our home.
