Have availed Four solar's services for installation of 3KW residential rooftop solar solution at our residence in Nacharam. Was connected to Mr Ramesh and the team all of whom right from the start has been polite, professional and committed. The team is knowledgeable on all topics and always communicable. As the site required a High-Rise structure, a site inspection was carried out and shadow analysis was done to find the optimal installation spot. After inspection, drawings and panel layouts were provided along with a detailed and competitive quotation for the project, which had all individual parts broken down into quantity and manufacturer details to give an understanding of the cost. All other associated costs were also mentioned upfront to avoid surprises at the end. Upon giving the go-ahead all the formalities and documentation were handled by the team and the whole process was a smooth sail. The installation was carried out impeccably, attention was taken that the structure is mounted and anchored properly and all the wiring and groundings connections are immaculate. All of this was done well within the timeline committed in the quotation. The team also made sure that the installation of the net meter which falls under the scope of the electricity department, was also done in time. The panels and inverter provided are of high quality and we are more than satisfied with the performance. Also, the quality and workmanship of the structure provided are top-notch.
