richard frankhamPoor service with ever increasing prices. After being quoted £1600 plus VAT to repair the engine after the wet belt snapped. It took them six months To return my vehicle. The price increased continuously to £4000 reduced to £3500 if I paid cash no receipt, vehicle was held hostage until this was sorted. A breakdown of the price showed some materials with a 2000% markup, after finally agreeing on a price of £3150 they declined to return my vehicle complete but returned it in 300 pieces. Please see photos, do not trust this garage, After this experience I took it to a transit connect specialist who collected the vehicle carried out the work and returned it to me in two days for the price quoted of just over £1600
