Amazing experience with Tye Arbogast at Bill Knight Ford! We originally stopped by just to test drive a Mustang, since the exact one I wanted was located in Arkansas. From the very beginning, Tye took incredible care of us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — without ever being pushy. His ethical, straightforward approach really stood out. Because of the way he treated us, we ended up buying two cars and will be sending my mother-in-law to him for her next vehicle as well. Tye and the team even went above and beyond to track down an anniversary Mustang for me from another dealership. When the car arrived, the other dealership’s decal removal left a small scratch and they also failed to send the second key. Tye didn’t hide it or minimize it — he proactively told us, explained what happened, and made it right immediately, without us even needing to ask.
