Review is based on front desk assistance as I left before I could even see the dentist. Called ahead of scheduling the appointment to make sure they took Tricare and they confirmed so I made the appointment. It was waste of time and a very frustrating experience. Would not recommend for active duty families. Had a whole discussion with the front desk admin. As she did not recognized that our insurance does not provide a separate insurance card. If you don’t agree with your customer a simple google search would do you good to recognize that we don’t get a separate insurance card besides the CAC.

Told the doctor that I was going to need pain medication after we were done because of past experiences with oral surgery. He said I should be fine with over the counter but would also write me for Tylenol 3 w/codeine (whoopee !!). I pressed him on the issue and he said no. Had to have 3 fillings, an extraction, bone graft and sutures. 2 hours after arriving home, and a face that looked like I had a tennis ball in my cheek, for the next 5 hours I went back and forth whether or not to go to the ER because I was in SO MUCH PAIN !! Because people abuse these types of medications and the doctors have no balls dealing with the DEA, we patients have to suffer. I probably won't see this particular dentist again because although I gave him a heads up, he knew best as to what my pain level would be.

I needed a repair on my denture yesterday and was treated so well at Peoria Healthy Smiles!! They had it fixed in one day. I was so shocked and pleased. I’m looking forward to my new dentist visits there.
