Gina OrtegaReview is based on front desk assistance as I left before I could even see the dentist. Called ahead of scheduling the appointment to make sure they took Tricare and they confirmed so I made the appointment. It was waste of time and a very frustrating experience. Would not recommend for active duty families. Had a whole discussion with the front desk admin. As she did not recognized that our insurance does not provide a separate insurance card. If you don’t agree with your customer a simple google search would do you good to recognize that we don’t get a separate insurance card besides the CAC.
Bob RiedelTold the doctor that I was going to need pain medication after we were done because of past experiences with oral surgery. He said I should be fine with over the counter but would also write me for Tylenol 3 w/codeine (whoopee !!). I pressed him on the issue and he said no. Had to have 3 fillings, an extraction, bone graft and sutures. 2 hours after arriving home, and a face that looked like I had a tennis ball in my cheek, for the next 5 hours I went back and forth whether or not to go to the ER because I was in SO MUCH PAIN !! Because people abuse these types of medications and the doctors have no balls dealing with the DEA, we patients have to suffer. I probably won't see this particular dentist again because although I gave him a heads up, he knew best as to what my pain level would be.
MARY WENDLANDI needed a repair on my denture yesterday and was treated so well at Peoria Healthy Smiles!! They had it fixed in one day. I was so shocked and pleased. I’m looking forward to my new dentist visits there.
Keith JoelsThey were able to get me in super fast as a new patient I had terrible tooth pain. Sadly they were not able to get the issues solved due to me needing oral surgery to solve the issue but the lady at the counter assist me right away and found an oral surgeon that was 25 mins away with a spot open within the hour and they took my insurance. I got my situation resolved someday. I have a follow up appointment in 2 days. I found my new home for my teeth. :)
