We visited Fox on John on a Friday night to celebrate our anniversary, excited for a great meal in a lively setting. While the food was delicious, the slow service and lack of attentiveness dampened our experience. I had ordered the Parmesan fries and the Mediterranean pizza, and both were well-prepared. The Parmesan fries were crispy, golden, and packed with flavor, thanks to the perfect balance of cheese and seasoning. The Mediterranean pizza was equally enjoyable, with fresh toppings, a crispy thin crust, and a rich blend of flavors that made every bite satisfying. The food was definitely the highlight of the evening. Unfortunately, the service was slow, with long waits before our orders were taken and food was served. Even more disappointing was the fact that we were celebrating a special occasion, yet the manager never checked on us, and there was no acknowledgment of our anniversary. A little effort in customer service could have made the experience feel more personal. While the food was excellent, the lack of attentiveness and slow service made the night less enjoyable. Fox on John has potential, but they need to step up their service on busy nights, especially when guests are there for a special occasion. Would I return? Yes, but only for the food—not the experience.

Celebrated my anniversary here on a cold snowy Friday night Vibe was great (different from other Fox), love DJ with mood lighting. Service was great from my sweet server, managers came to attend to our needs too. It was their 20.25 January special too so we got a bottle of wine and lots of food. The sweet server even got us sparkling for our celebration. The food was overall great however, I found a hair I'm one of my dish but the manager and our server was very apologetic and made up for our evening. Overall, great experience, reservations highly recommended.

Vibrant atmosphere and very attentive and hard working staff. David, Matt, and Kelsey really made my birthday special. I was drawn here by the drink of the month, a Rose and Lychee Cosmo which is a must try - not only visually stunning but really delicious. My Fish Taco was a perfect blend of crispy and tender fish and very fresh ingredients, wonderful flavour. Dessert, a warm and gooey chocolate brownie! Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just craving a fantastic meal, this place won't disappoint. Highly recommend.
