Recently experienced pure incompetence. My email for starters was entered improperly which resulted in not being informed of anything with tax time approaching. When I called to find out why I never received any information and why I had received threatening bills, I was repremanded for having been on the phone with their receptionist in an effort, approaching the height of tax time, to find out why I had no information, no appointment and nothing. I was consequently told I was not welcome at their firm. I was referred by my lawyer to address a specific situation with a specific associate. Customer service was non-existent.
