Recently experienced pure incompetence. My email for starters was entered improperly which resulted in not being informed of anything with tax time approaching. When I called to find out why I never received any information and why I had received threatening bills, I was repremanded for having been on the phone with their receptionist in an effort, approaching the height of tax time, to find out why I had no information, no appointment and nothing. I was consequently told I was not welcome at their firm. I was referred by my lawyer to address a specific situation with a specific associate. Customer service was non-existent.

I have been using Fox Peterson for 10 years now to prepare my tax returns. They are a very pleasant easy company to work with. Calls are returned promptly and questions are answered in a timely manner. The front desk is very knowledgeable and efficient. Rachel Hutzler is great at preparing complex tax returns.
