I have to give this store one star because the staff there are so rude! Every experience I've had in there has been cold and short. They don't greet you, the stand around talking about their coworkers or personal life across the store, and no one has ever asked if I'm finding everything alright, etc. As a retail worker, their behavior is completely unprofessional and is only leading to loss of sales. Multiple friends of mine have avoided going here because of the reputation. The store at Short Pump, however, is great.

My experience was great, the cashier was very kind and patient with my indecisiveness. But unfortunately I was unhappy with my items, my Brushed Coin necklaces broke the first day I bought them, which was extremely disappointing due to the price I paid for them. Probably won’t buy jewelry ever again, maybe clothes, I don’t know

The management here is horrible. The women who works on Wednesday's at noon is unpleasant. She never asked if I needed help with anything and I had to get my own dressing room. She then gave me a look when I went into one by myself. Hello... you never helped me!
