Over all, I'm not very impressed with my recent wash here. I LOVE a good local business, but all and all I think I ended up worse off coming here instead of one of the hundreds of cookie cutter car washes around the valley. So far I've found two different damages incurred from my recent visit. 1) the plastic cover for my cigarette lighter port was snapped off. 2) my driver's side window tint has been sliced open in a dozen or so places from what I assume was a dirty microfiber rag. My car looked great after my wash, but I'm slowly finding more and more gremlins like a bunch of soap residue on my windshield this morning.

I don’t do a lot of reviews, but I felt the need to share my positive experiences at Arizona Auto Wash. I’ve been here many times and have always had a great experience. The team is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. I really appreciate that it’s 100% hand wash—something that took me a while to find in the area. I drive back and forth to California often, so my car tends to be covered in bugs and road grime. They always do a fantastic job getting everything clean, even on the tougher spots. If there’s ever anything I’m not completely satisfied with, they’re always happy to revisit the area and make it right. The pricing is extremely fair—especially compared to what I’m used to paying in Los Angeles for a large SUV. It’s my go-to car wash!

I paid for a full interior/exterior detail. I was called and told my car needed to be picked up asap because they would be closing. It was 1pm on saturday and they said they were closing due to weather conditions. When I picked up my car, the interior was soaking wet. They said I would need to leave windows cracked for the next few hours. My clothing was soaked driving home as all the seats were still fully wet. They neglected to clean several parts of the interior; my roof interior, sun visors, center console, cup holders, dash board, and large stains remained on the floors. They broke off a clip on my drivers side pull down mirror/sun visor, my windows had finger prints all over them, and some of my steering wheel buttons do not work anymore. My car now reeks of mildew, is damaged and dirty still. I do not recommend.

I owned and operated an auto detailing service many years ago. I can vouge that from my experience with this place, they do a remarkable job and pay great attention to detail in their service. There is a huge difference between doing a job and taking pride in your work. This place clearly takes pride in their work!
