Bastien CouvidatService proche du néant. J’ai pris rdv pour 15h sur planity. Je rentre la personne s’occupe d’une cliente je suis à 1m de la coiffeuse qui me dit à peine bonjour. J’attends 15 minutes toujours aucun regard, aucun accueil, aucune phrase normal du genre « désolé je finis avec ma cliente »… Du coup j’avais l’impression de déranger donc je suis partie. C’était assez marrant d’entendre me coiffeuse se plaindre d’Air France et de leurs services alors qu’elle n’en propose visiblement aucun.
Clhoe2 rdv pris sur planity le jour même et nous avons eu un super accueil et une super prestation. Je recommande Sally qui est à votre écoute !!
