Une honte totale. C’est l’expérience la plus désastreuse que j’aie jamais vécue. Je suis sortie avec un résultat catastrophique, bien loin de ce qu’on peut attendre d’un salon qui prétend offrir des prestations haut de gamme. Rien n’était professionnel : un travail bâclé, aucune attention aux détails, un résultat indigne. Et le prix ? Une somme astronomique pour une qualité médiocre. Ce salon ne respecte ni ses clients, ni leurs attentes. Si vous tenez à vos cheveux et à votre argent, passez votre chemin.
Bonjour déçu 😞 de ma coupe j'ai démarré avec la responsable pour la couleur mais ayant trouver une meilleure cliente elle m'a lâché pour me mettre avec la fille du shampoing. En plus les tarifs ne sont jamais très clairs. Depuis mon dernier commentaire, mon Mari me fait remarquer que j'ai des mèches grises qui non pas été couvertes par la couleur. De plus de 59 € affiché, on m'a fait payer 80 € la couleur. Prestations effectuées le 23 mai. J'attends une réponse
