We recently had some roof repairs done by Fraser and they did a top-notch job. Jacob Fuchs, the sales rep, went up on the roof and did a thorough inspection. He identified exactly what needed to be done - no more, and no less. Our house was built in 1949 and the roof was replaced in 2018, but it still has 1x6 boards instead of plywood sheet underlayment, and some were rotting. Jacob identified the places where new decking would be needed to ensure the integrity of the repairs. The work was performed promptly and everything was cleaned up before the crew departed. They were also able and willing to use some shingles that I had left over from when the full roof was installed, so the repairs will match very well (after a bit of aging).

When it came time to replace our roof, it was a big decision, with over 75 squares of roofing and new decking needed. We looked into several companies and ultimately went with Fraser Roofing because our sales rep Josh was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and flexible. He worked directly with our insurance company to verify in advance exactly what would be covered to streamline the process as well as remove unnecessary worries. On day of install, 25 workers showed up and hammered through the entire project - new decking, crickets, shingles, vent ridges, rolled roofing in a single day. This eliminated any worries about inclement weather striking mid-project. Akeem's team did an excellent job covering the hedges to protect them as well as clean up afterward. This was a large roof with a sizable investment required, so we had a lot of concerns, all of which were addressed and expertly handled so that we could move forward with confidence. Several people followed up with us afterward to assure we were happy with the final product - and we definitely were! The new roof has been in place about a month now with heavy spring rains having hit a number of times. I see no signs of any leaks or issues. I can honestly say that Fraser Roofing's entire team exceeded my expectations in many ways. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a large or complicated project.
